Yoga, kind of exercise for relaxing the body and doesn't need much space, it can make your mind clear, stay focus, and still full of motivation. At least that is what I feel when doing yoga.

  1. I have heard of yoga for many years but never really understood its thrust. I really don't know if I am capable of sitting still long enough to feel the peace and calmness that goes along with the art of yoga. I'm not stressed or pushed in any way, so maybe that's why I don't feel the urgency of it in my life. Thanks for the post and for visiting my blog.
